[pytest-dev] State of pytest-bdd

Hey Florian
yes I'm very busy with a lot of other things, unfortunately
I've added you to that package on the pypi
also on the pytest-splinter
The rule of thumb for PRs i think is:
- tested
- reviewed by 1-2 people

go ahead, i'd say, and thanks for the initiative!
