[pypy-issue] [issue1758] bbot2 hook does not recognize git

we can register repositories to be monitored by the build master, and commits to 
those repos are reported to mailing lists and IRC. Since the hook does not speak 
git, it cannot monitor bitbucket/pypy/numpy.git
