Ran into this also.
The argv clobbering done by many of these libraries is kind of ghetto in the
first place. While Linux-specific, exposing prctl(2) would be nice for
PR_{GET,SET}_NAME.
Is there any precedent for pypy exposing new functionality that isn't present in
upstream cpython? IIRC, upstream punting on exposing prcrtl.
