That time I proposed the implementation method ndarray.fill() was absent. Now
it's present and I could commit the copy-pasted code from numpy. Could you inform
where to put the sources for these funcs
where to put the related tests
(I mean which file and path)
and what is command prompt line for hg here (I have almost no experience with
committing to different truncs)
