More precisely: the three 'Structure' subclasses need to be moved to
ctypes_config_cache/resource.ctc.py.  Right now they are hard-coded in
resource.py, which makes little sense in general.  See
ctypes_config_cache/pyexpat.ctc.py for an example of how.
