[pypy-issue] [issue745] datetime microseconds rounded differently in CPython

For funsies I downloaded the datetime.py from CPython 3.2, after changing a few 
things (making all classes newstyle) it runs this code correctly.  Perhaps we 
should replace our version with the upstream one?
