Add support for compiling on freebsd[89].
This is only on the pypy side, the python libs included with pypy do not support
freebsd8+. It should be fairly easy to import the required code from upstream.
I'm currently tested this with a build on FreeBSD9/amd64. Will follow up if the
build fails.
