[pypy-dev] Pypy's facelift and certificate issues

Also, maybe now that Pypy targeting Python 3 is good enough, the speed
comparison chart on the front page should feature a Python 3 vs Pypy 3
chart. It would better match peoples' current expectation I think. What do
you think ?
