Reading my comment from three years ago, it seems to be a known use
case with a failing test, easy to fix.  It looks like a worrying trend
if, in three years, no-one could be bothered to provide a fix for it.
I guess it just shows general disinterest from Windows hackers in
PyPy, similar to the fact that we try for years to raise interest for
Win64 in each and every release announcement, with a null success rate
so far.  Sorry, we don't know how to change that fact.
