Two things:

- as said i'd like to act based on a joint decision from the group.  
  I can try to attend an IRC meeting to answer questions about the status quo.
- after that and if the group wants it this way, could you start
  with migrating speed.pypy.org which is the heaviest service and
  create a speed2.pypy.org (just mail me privately the target IP
  address)?
