[pypy-dev] codespeak/pypy environment overview

Hi folks,

if you are interested, it'd be great if some people (hi e.g. 
Alexander! :) could look into a new technical report, 
describing PyPy's development infrastructure and codespeak.net,
particularly if you think about helping with 
maintaining codespeak.net in the future. 
I put the current version (mostly written
by Guido Wesdorp, CF and me):

Feel free to give feedback here or privately, there also 
is a ".txt" version next to it which you may use for  
sending typo-fixes or refinements.
