Hey Doug,

I don't know exactly. Isn't there a pure python implementation for quoted 
printable in the python sources (I think in quopri.py or something). I would 
just use this code.

Another thing: I don't have much time at the moment to finish my binascii 
code. Perhaps it's best if I pass my code to you, so you can have a look at 
it and perhaps merge it with yours and check it in? What do you think?
