LLVM is currently being packaged for Debian.

Preliminary package does work. 1.4 release is currently packaged.
Here's the installation instruction:

1. Add "deb http://toolchain.org/~ahs3 /" to /etc/apt/sources.list
2. apt-get install llvm
3. Happy hacking!
