The bootstrap is not that complicated for the normal user, only folks
that want to participate in svn development are required to go through
the hoops of bootstrapping. If you are simply using a remote repository,
download the bootstrap tarball, compile it and you are all set. Only if
you want to stay current with svn development you need to check out the
tree again with svn and compile that.
