WIP: introduce the concept of the hpy-rpython bridge, which makes possible to call rpython functions from C, and thus to implement some HPy API functions directly in C. Use it to implement HPyErr_Occurred. We still need to fix HPyErr_SetString and to fix the after-translation case

change the naming convention of the bridge functions, so there is a more clear distinction between the API funcs and the bridge funcs
