I would like to add gitlab to the list of PyPI implementations in
https://wiki.python.org/moin/PyPiImplementations
because of
https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/packages/pypi_repository/
(I'm using it on an on-premises gitlab installation and seems ok to me)
