[pydotorg-www] Edit request: "BuildStatically"

Hi there!

I'm requesting permission to edit this page:

In particular, I'd like to make some small style (monospace where
appropriate)
and factual changes to it. Specifically, the page references
"Modules/Setup.dist"
which no longer exists (it's now "Modules/Setup").
