Per https://wiki.python.org/moin/, I'm requesting permission to edit wiki
pages for new user account ElNinja.

I found likely spam on the page https://wiki.python.org/moin/TkInter (book
self promotion, and possible impersonation of David McNab, citing a
supposed endorsement by him that cannot be traced)
