[pydotorg-www] Need to add Python User Group to wiki

Hello Pythonistas,

I am one of the volunteers for Python User Group Nepal (https://www.facebook.com/groups/pythonnepal/).


I would like to add the group to the Local User Groups but saw on the website that I need to email the mailing list first. 


We've been organizing events in Nepal for some time now and aiming for PyCon to be organized soon. I'll keep updating the wiki page with information about our events.
