[pydotorg-www] Permission to edit wiki pages

Greetings.

According to the instruction on the wiki [1] I send this email to ask
permission to edit pages on python.org wiki. My user is "Luiz Menezes"

I intend to edit the LocalUserGroups [2] in order to add São Carlos Python
User Group (grupy-sanca) [3] to it.
