[pydotorg-www] proposed edit to BeginnersGuide/Overview

[Neil]

I don't see a way to edit. Attached are a screen shot of my username
showing I'm logged in and the pull down menu. Is that where edit option is
supposed to be? I didn't see it there or anywhere else though I could have
just overlooked it.
