[pydotorg-www] Editing Access

Hi,

I have previously edited the Python NonProgrammers page of resources.
However, it seems to not be possible any more. I would like to be able
to
(1) edit that page by removing dead links and separating out the
current list is a big jumble into Books, Games, and Websites
(2) add resources to the French, German, Dutch and Lithuanian pages.
