[pydotorg-www] broken link; new wiki account

I just wanted to add a link to the web archive wayback machine at
https://wiki.python.org/moin/IntegratingPythonWithOtherLanguages#PHP, for
PHP Serialize in Python, so I created a new wiki account in order to edit
the page.  But new wiki accounts aren't allowed to edit.

The latest web archive link (that works) is at:
http://web.archive.org/web/20110807032037/http://hurring.com/scott/code/python/serialize/

I don't mind whether you add the link, add me to the editors group, both,
or neither.  But please tell me which one.
