[pydotorg-www] python.org site updates not working

I merged a pull request 8 hours ago, but the site still doesn't use
the new code.

Is there something I have to do to trigger a rebuild/deployment ?

AFAIK, chef should run every 30 minutes, so something seems to be
blocking those updates.
