[pydotorg-www] Adding new team members

[M.-A. Lemburg]

As some of you may know, I'm part of the Python Job Board team and
help them get the board working with the new system.

In order for the development members of the team to efficiently
work on the jobs app, I'd like to add them as team members to
the pydotorg repo.

Are there any objections ?
Is there some procedure for this or can I simply add them on
github ?
