[pydotorg-www] Adding a link to 2or3

Hello all,

It would be good to have some prominent information to users on the
python.org website as to whether they should be using Python 2 or Python 3.

We now have a wiki page which is a very good start on providing this
information:

http://wiki.python.org/moin/Python2orPython3

I would like to add an extra link to the sidebar, to this page of
course, or perhaps just on the front page. Thoughts?

(If you think the wiki page could be improved then just go ahead and
improve it - I am asking specifically about linking to it.)

Michael
