[Pydotorg-redesign] fixing error pages

The stats for March 2003

show a fairly large number of 404 errors (not found), 301s (moved
permanently) and 403s (forbidden). Is there already a summary list of the
URLs with referer page info for the errors that we can use to get the pages
fixed? If not, I can work up a simple script if I can get access to the raw
files. Perhaps this is already on the to do list of the pydotorg
maintainers?
