Hmmm, not much of the first two now. Coordinated
responses (item 3) are a bit of an issue, we talked
some about using an issue tracker but most things
would take more time to plug into the tracker than
they take to handle on the spot.  If people with
/requests/ did the entering into the tracker it
might work.
