[Pycon-sprints] 2018 sprints page

We had part of the Sprint page - I am fine with creating a new page. If
that is the route you want to take, send me the text and I can get a link
going for everyone to review.

I've updated the Intro to Sprints workshop to Sunday. What time do you want
it to start?
