[Pycon-sprints] 2018 sprints page

Hi Sumana -

I have linked it to the Events drop down on us.pycon.org.

We will have to decide if we will create a new form for newcomer friendly
projects. Other than that, I think it is fine to encourage folks to fill
out the page now. They can also put in the text description that they are
newcomer friendly.
