[Pycon-sprints] Notes from today's meeting and alias for mentors

Hi all! What if we don't have anyone at the table past noon Tuesday?

Rationale:

- It looks like I might have to abandon table duty on Tuesday noon, due to
some work commitments.

- Also presumably mostly people will have their questions answered by then.
