Do we request the same setup as last year through the organizers or was that something that Anna & Trey bought/brought with them as far as the big boards, plain indexes, and markers? Similarly who do we contact about having photos again this year? One thing I was going to suggest was medium sized chisel tipped markers for legibility if/when we do photos. Cheers!
