[Pycon-mobile-guide] Attendee Email with Guidebook Link

Hey everyone -

Just an update, the email to attendees with the Guidebook app link will go
out tomorrow. This gives us one more day to go through the app to make any
changes. I will spend the morning making sure all of the special events are
in there. Other than that, I think we are good to go.
