[PyCon-greenroom] PyCon 2018 Video Licensing

Hello there! I looked at the PyCon videos already uploaded to YouTube (So
fast! Thank you!) and noticed they're licensed under YouTube's Standard
License, which is not a super friendly license.

Is there any chance we can get the videos re-licensed under some CC license?
