[PyCon-feedback] Presenter/First-Timer never got preordered swag

HI Ryan,

Glad you were selected to present a poster at PyCon in Cleveland this
year.  We are sorry about the t-shirts being gone by Sunday and if you
would like I can process a refund for you, please let me know.  Based on
your feedback we will be adding verbiage on the registration site in the
future to indicate the times t-shirts will be available for pick up.

Hope to see you for the full conference in 2020!!
