Planning for pyArkansas 2011 -- our 4th year! -- is already underway!
The
date and location has not been established (we hope our good friends at
UCA
will host, again), but we would like your help in determining what
classes
to schedule. "Intro to Python"? Sure. But what topical classes are
desired? Web? Games? Database? "Intermediate" topics (what topics
are
intermediate to you?)? Objects? Modules?

We have had repeated requests for GIS related classes, so that's near
the
top of the list for this year. What topics in GIS are appropriate?

We are also considering a classroom dedicated to the presentation of
papers. This would consist of a series of 25 minute talks from High
School/University students on their (Python Powered) projects. It will
be a
great experience for the students and a cool way to see what's going on
"out
there". Start thinking about what you would like to present to a very
friendly audience.

Let us know what classes you would like to see (and anything else you
would
like to see at pyArkansas 2011).

Thanks,
--greg
