Subject: [PyAR2] PyAR Class Announcement

I am please to announce that Gloria Jacobs has agreed to teach a class
dealing with the Python Standard Library and Third Party Modules.  She will
spend some time showing off the PSL and how to use some of the more commonly
used modules (time, os) and well as PYTHONPATH.  She will then show off the
repository of third party modules and how to install them (easy_install,
etc).  If she has time, she will show off some of Python's multi-processing
abilities (she gave a tutorial on Kamaelia at the national Python conference
last March in Chicago).

This will be an excellent class for our "intermediate" attendees.  Gloria is
a nationally recognized lecturer and I can't wait to see he class!

I am pleased to announce that Gordon Fisher has agreed to present a
45-minute presentation using Blender 3D with Python at PyAR 2010 on November
14th..  Blender is a 3D graphics creation suite (see www.blender.org, it's
pretty amazing).  If you are interested in computer graphics this will be a
presentation for you.
