[PSF-Community] EuroPython 2019: Mobile Conference App available

If the community were more active the EuroPython announcements would be
lost in the noise.

The fact that they are so prominent is really a measure of the channel’s
uselessness. It appears to be little more than window-dresssing: this is
clearly not seen as a channel through which to address “the PSF community”
(whatever that is).
