[PSF-Community] Looking for Translation Help for PyLadies

Thank you, Python community!

Since yesterday, several people have stepped up and offered to help with
French, Russian, Japanese, and Portuguese.
Spanish and Portuguese translations are already done now, at the moment
we're still needing help with Arabic and Mandarin Chinese translation.
