Summary: Rational Reference Implementation
Initial Comment:
This is a reference implementation of rational numbers
(PEP239).
It includes regression tests for rationals and changes
to cPickle/pickle
to support them. It has been tested on Solaris and
Linux, but notably not Windows.
This implementation does change the behaviour of future
division to return a rational rather than a float.

Since the PEP was rejected, so is this patch.

Attached rational-Nr
uses rational literals in the form 3r or 3R
