Summary: Fix for Unix macro expansion in citetitle
Initial Comment:
Fix for bug 867556 (see e.g.
http://www.python.org/doc/2.3/lib/module-mailbox.html )
The Unix macro within a citetitle generates bad HTML. As far as I
can see, this is the only problem page, and the only one where the
attached patch changes the generated HTML.

Good catch; thanks!
The patch looks good; I'll commit to the trunk and
release23-maint branch once the release freeze for Python
2.4b2 is over.
And if I don't get this done this weekend, someone with
commit privs can just do it. (Anyone else can remind me
about it via email.)

Looks good to me with one exception.
Original script is indented with spaces only, but your patch
mixes spaces and tabs.
Can you repair it?
Anyway, thanks for submitting a patch for my bug report!
