Summary: Modulefinder compatibility

Initial Comment:
The comment at the top of Lib/modulefinder.py is no
longer true - it's not mentioned in pep 291 any longer,
and it isn't any longer 1.5.2 compatible.

I hereby withdraw my request for this compatibility,
and suggest compat with Python 2.2.

The patch lists this in pep 291, and changes the
comment in modulefinder.py.

Since the current comment is no longer true, I've set
the priority to 7.
