Summary: reiter() builtin
Initial Comment:
The reiter() function is similar to iter() but expects
a re-iterable object as an argument. If the
object is already an iterator a TypeError will be raised.
Example:
def f(a, b):
for i in a:
for j in reiter(b):
do_something_with(i, j)
This function will raise an error if it is passed a
non-reiterable object as the second argument.
