[Pandas-dev] Need help for contributing

I am a software engineer, trying my hands to learn DataScience. I came
across a typo error/grammatical error in the article

Can you please tell me if codebase of this is hosted on GitHub so I can
make changes and open a PR request?

I tried to find and found this
https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas-website
but I am not sure if this GitHub refers to the said website documentation.
