just wanted to signal that the page

has a "pandas 0.23.3+8.g4aa80b6d6 documentation" header (while for
instance
https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/version/0.23.3/whatsnew.html
has the expected "pandas 0.23.3 documentation").
