[Pandas-dev] Free interactive tutorials for Pandas

Thanks to all of you for the hints what we could cover. We'll start by
building the architecture. Especially security is an important topic to us
as arbitrary code will be executed. When having done this, we'll start
covering the contents.

I'll send you an update when we make significant progress.
