[Pandas-dev] pandas release schedule

I think sending out a RC say 1st week of May is prob reasonable. So let's see what can get done in sql space by then. When you are satisfied with the sql progress, just move anything in the sql issues to the 0.15 issue.

can then target a release a week or so after that.

if anyone wants to try to get anything else in but needs time speak up!
