[Pandas-dev] Ohloh badge on pandas docs

hi folks,

I've gotten some reports about the animated Ohloh badge being a
distraction to readers of the online pandas documentation. Any
objections to just removing this (I don't have any)? Alternately, it
could be changed to an Ohloh (ohloh.net/p/py-pandas) badge that isn't
animated.

Also fixed the docs build box today so should be NumPy 1.7 / scipy
0.12 functional now (let me know if there are any missing
dependencies).
