[Overload-sig] Should we import old MM discussions into e.g. Discourse?

I suggested this to Steve and he didn't want to, but there is a MM3
overload-sig at python.org all ready to go, but the mail goes to the MM2
list as long as there is one, and the MM3 list isn't 'configured' yet.
