[omaha] PyCharm Subscription Details/Discount

I don't remember who brought it up -- does anyone have a link to, I believe
it was, $50 for a 2 year PyCharm subscription?

Side Discussion -- if you haven't tried PyCharm, it's an absolutely amazing
Python editor. As a *nix faithful, I split my time about half between a
customized tmux/vim setup and PyCharm, but I definitely feel like PyCharm
has become indispensable to my workflow.
